“Sidi Constructions have managed three separate renovations of our house in East Victoria Park, since we moved there in 2008. The first was minor just removal of fireplaces and stoves, creation of wardrobes and improvements to the kitchen.
The second was much more major, a four month project that added considerable living space, beautiful bifold doors onto a brand new jarrah deck and the creation of an attic, new bathroom, laundry and toilet. The return veranda sleep out was also transformed into a gym which included asbestos removal and new weatherboards.
Finally last year, we invited them back to add an additional storey to the house – and a sympathetic addition to our character, heritage precinct weatherboard was skilfully designed and executed over three months with minimal disruption to our lives.

“I have recently completed renovating a home with Sidi Construction and found it to be my least stressful building experience to date.
Having previously built three project homes with three different builders it is easy to make comparisons. The main differences I experienced are:
- With Sidi, you develop a relationship with the business owner, who is constantly reviewing work done and always available for discussions or queries.
- In previous builds, I have had up to five different supervisors for the one build, which makes for poor continuity and a lack of ownership of the project. With Sidi, I had the one supervisor from beginning to end, who was across all aspects of the build and knew the project intimately.
- Throughout the build, both the supervisor and owner kept me up to date with progress and met with me to discuss any issues that arose. I wasn’t made to feel that my house was not my own while it was being renovated.
- The project was delivered as specified and on time.
- At the point of handover, I was invited to contact the builder at any time with any issues that might arise – as opposed to being made to feel that the project was finished and so was any contact.”

We have had two recent and very satisfying experiences with Sidi Constructions.
The first being the building of extensions to a home we had renovated and moved into in Palmyra.
The work consisted of an extension to the living area and an addition of a third bedroom. The extensions had to tie into the existing building and were to be carried out whilst we were in residence.
The work was carried out on time and on budget and to our complete satisfaction. The quality of workmanship was excellent and the tradesmen were extremely accommodating and courteous respecting the fact that we were living in the home during construction.
The second being our purchase of a house in East Fremantle which had recently been built by Sidi Constructions.
The home is a two storey, contemporary designed construction consisting of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, large fully equipped kitchen, dining, lounge and family rooms and a theatrette.
It has a ground floor outdoor deck and entertaining area and plunge pool with an upstairs balcony area and a double garage with ample storage area.
The quality of workmanship is excellent with a lot of thought and flair gone into the finishes.
Being new the home is still subject to a defects liability period and Sidi Constructions have been prompt in rectifying any minor issues which have arisen.
Our experience with Sidi Constructions has been enjoyable and rewarding and we would have no hesitation of recommending them as a builder of quality.
